Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you buy a ticket: your name, email address, the ticket tier and amount paid. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe and never reach us or our servers. When you contact us by email or the contact page: whatever you choose to include in that message.

Why we collect it

To issue and email your ticket and QR code, to check you in at the door, to contact you about the event you've bought a ticket for (e.g. a postponement), and to respond to enquiries you send us. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in somewhere on the site.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the ticketing system, each acting under their own privacy terms:

Stripe — processes your payment. We never see or store your card details.
Google Sheets — holds the ticket sales record used to check you in on the night.
Brevo — sends your ticket confirmation email.

We do not share your data with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

How long we keep it

Ticket sales records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes under Spanish law, then deleted. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to how it's used. Email admin@apexfightingchampionship.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to Spain's data protection authority, the AEPD.
