How ticket refunds work, and what happens if an event is postponed or cancelled.
Last updated 14 August 2026.
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, inability to attend, or failure to arrive on the night. This is standard for live event ticketing — please make sure you can attend before purchasing.
If Apex Fighting Championship cancels an event outright, ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method, issued within 10 business days of the cancellation being announced.
If an event is postponed to a new date, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date at no extra cost. If you can't make the new date, contact us within 14 days of the reschedule announcement and we'll issue a full refund.
Bouts, fighters and running order are subject to change ahead of the event (injury, weight-miss, opponent withdrawal, etc). A change to the fight card does not entitle a ticket holder to a refund, provided the event itself goes ahead.
Your ticket and QR code are emailed to the address used at checkout immediately after payment. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us at admin@apexfightingchampionship.com and we'll resend it — this doesn't require a refund or repurchase.
